At Shift, all of our psychologists are trained in our unique therapeutic protocol. We deliver origin-focused and results-driven psychological interventions. This means that we track metrics and outcomes to ensure our clients are receiving the highest standards of therapy. We are looking to hire a Clinical Director to join our management team, to recruit, train, supervise and support our clinicians as well as manage our quality assurance program. This role will become an essential piece of our management team.
The Clinical Director will initially see clients for a period of time. As the role develops and expands, the Clinical Director will spend less time with clients, and more time on their managerial responsibilities, outlined below.
